Spectral Design

Ceravision's UV420 grow-light illustrates how plasma technology can provide a tailored spectral output for a particular plant, crop or targeted outcome.

Ceravision can offer clients a confidential tailored design service for the creation of precise spectral outputs together with the development of plasma light solutions.

Our UV Grow-lights Enlarge Trichomes to Boost Cannabinoid Content in Cannabis
Boosted by the UV-B in Ceravision's UV grow-lights, these trichomes are more abundant and larger in this cannabis plant and the source of increased cannabinoids content and potency.

The electrodeless discharge chamber in the light engine has fewer of the chemical constraints imposed by the materials used in traditional light sources and this allows numerous spectral outputs to be designed.

Our UV-B grow-light helps growers of high value crops such as medicinal cannabis, to improve nutritional values, crop economics and production efficiencies. HEP will help biotechnologists research and engineer 'designer' plants for new medicines and foods and analyse the impact of increase UV-B and UV-A at the earth's surface.

We work with global companies and research institutions whose expertise lies within these fields to explore the benefits of plasma lights.

Exploiting the inherent flexibility of plasma lighting, our scientists could design the chemical dose to create the required light spectra and develop the grow-light to deliver it. We offer a full service - spectral design, testing, lamp design, development and manufacture.
